We are dedicated to making the process of choosing and purchasing a new family member as easy and enjoyable as possible. Feel free to ask any questions that you have and we will ask a few of you too. We want you to be comfortable with your choice of a breeder and the puppy you have chosen.

 Once you have chosen your puppy we will need to get your name, address, phone number and the shipping destination. We require a deposit or payment to hold a puppy for you, we do not hold a puppy until we receive the payment.  If the puppy is not ready to go yet we require a deposit of half the price of the puppy. If the puppy is ready to go and you would like us to hold it for an additional time we require the payment in full.

 Once we receive the payment we will set up shipping arrangements, if you need shipping. We usually know the details of the flight a day or two before the scheduled date of the flight. We do not book the flight until we have received payment in full for the puppy. We cannot guarantee a date or time for a flight but we will try to work around your schedule. It usually takes 3-4 days to set up shipping, sometimes it can be longer based on weather or the airlines schedule. Holidays especially can get very busy. We can take payment through paypal, if you have any questions about using paypal please ask. They are a safe and secure way to transfer funds online. We can accept credit cards through paypal.

Your puppy will be current on all vaccinations and health care when you receive it. We will send a copy of the health record and a copy of the health certificate with it. We also send paperwork on crate training, feeding and a copy of our warranty with the puppy. When the puppy is shipped they will be in a airline approved pet travel carrier that is yours to keep. They will have bedding, food, water and a toy in with them. We also include a puppy kit with each puppy that has food, treats, toys, a collar and leash for the larger puppies, nutri-cal for very small puppies, and a vet kit worth $50.
