Shipping

We offer shipping through the airlines to an airport near you. Shipping is $300, this covers the airfare, transportation to the airport, and all related shipping charges. We usually send puppies from the Springfield MO airport, normally with American Airlines. We can arrange to ship with a different airline if needed or use ground transport if the weather requires it. Usually we are able to send puppies on Wed and Sat.

Once we receive the payment we will set up shipping arrangements. We usually know the details of the flight a day or two before the scheduled date of the flight. We do not book the flight until we have received payment in full for the puppy. We cannot guarantee a date or time for a flight but we will try to work around your schedule. It usually takes 3-4 days to set up shipping, sometimes it can be longer based on weather or the airlines schedule. Holidays especially can get very busy.

We will e-mail you the airway bill number, the flight numbers and the time the flight arrives. You can pick your puppy up at the American ticket counter. You will need to show your ID.

Your puppy will travel in an airline approved crate that is yours to keep. We put bedding in the crate, food, water, and a toy with the scent of the littermates for the comfort of the puppy. Shipping is safe and convenient, they puppies do great.
